  4. The refrigerator’s or freezer’s waterline should be disconnected, the drip pan drained, and the unit properly defrosted. All appliances must be clean, empty, closed securely, and not able to be opened by children.
  5. For outdoor pickups, plug in the appliance in one of the qualifying outside locations (garage, porch, or outbuilding).

  8. Print out the customer authorization form and place it inside your unit prior to pickup. You will receive the form via email after you schedule your appointment. If the form is not present at the time of pickup, the collection team will not be able to collect the unit, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
